In my opinion, this is a nice-to-have company.
Managers are awful.
This is BS.
1. Interview with an HR person. 2. Phone interview with technical questions. 3. Test on Codility, which was pretty hard to solve. 4. Face-to-face interview, with lots of questions about the code.
The interviewer is very specific in testing your algorithmic logic skills. You have to prepare more technical knowledge in order to impress the interviewer. Usually, there are two interviews scheduled before an offer is given.
Face-to-face interview with a department manager. The manager was very nice, and I felt relaxed communicating with them. I obtained a lot of insights into the company's benefits and working areas.
