Lots of fun events with some very smart people. Everyone I talked to this summer was very friendly and willing to spend a few minutes of their day talking to an intern, even people not on my team.
Interns either have an amazing time or a boring time; there's not a lot of in-between. Personally, my team had never had an intern before and didn't have much work for me to do, so I got pretty bored pretty often.
Make sure there's enough work for an intern to do before getting an intern.
I received an email from a hiring manager about setting up an interview for an internship. I interviewed over the phone, which was a basic chat to see if the team was a good fit for me and to assess my basic understanding of the job. A week later, I
The interview had one round. Around 5 people took the interview. All of the interviewers asked questions related to different concepts/domains. One interviewer asked about OS concepts, another asked about coding, and another asked about Git concepts
Really easy. Mostly interpersonal questions about working with others, etc. Questions covered: * What classes I took. * How I deal with conflict with employees. * Things I am proud of doing. Nothing too technical, but I did talk about my technical
