A big company with a lot of people.
A lot of workload and hard to work.
I was called after leaving my resume with them at a job fair. I never thought of Intel as a software company, but they sought me out. After a frank phone call with my future boss, I was given a plane ticket to visit in person. I loved the area, and
1. You set a date with HR by phone. 2. Several guys drilling with technical questions for about 1-2 hours - all as usual. 3. Non-technical 1:1 with department boss. 4. Offer negotiation with HR.
The interviewers were very nice and patient. One of them kept giving me hints, which put a lot of pressure on me. The other two just waited for me to write the answer and did not push me. I appreciated that very much. However, they were all very kind
