Many perks and benefits. Although salary and increment are not fantastic, adding up the many bonuses and stock you receive throughout the year, your annual income is actually at par with your peers in other companies who are earning fat pay.
There is a yearly managerial survey that is optional and supposedly confidential. Your manager will ask you to complete it.
But such bottom-up feedback about managers can get you in trouble, especially in Asian sites like Malaysia. Typical Asian mentality managers are probably not as open to improvement feedback as their counterparts in the US. When my manager managed to guess who gave what results and feedback, she took it very personally.
Although bottom-up managerial feedback is optional and confidential at Intel, the handling of its confidentiality needs to be given more attention.
