Treat their employees well and provide the means to grow your career.
I don't really have one.
A few engineers asked me questions about computer systems knowledge, such as operating systems and compilers. The interviewers were all very nice. They were experienced and knowledgeable in their fields, but also very humble and willing to listen.
Very smooth. Interviewer was helpful. HR process was smooth. Questions were technically strong. Asked many questions on data structures, pointers, and linked lists. Covered modern C++, design patterns, UML, etc. I was half prepared but enjoyed
Initial phone call followed by an f2f interview. Formal questions were asked on programming and about GSM domain knowledge, also the OOP concept. After a week, I received a call and got the offer. Accepted offer.
