Good separation package for the recent round of layoffs. Employees get one free fruit per day (there are signs in the cafe with that reminder) and unlimited drinks in the cafe.
Bureaucracy in a big company. Lots of roadblocks for delivering value, causing long cycle times in getting products out the door. Good work often goes unnoticed or unrecognized.
Please fix the fundamental problems of overburdened processes and long cycle times. Otherwise, investments in any new direction will be wasted anyway.
