Excellent work environment and benefits.
Good pace of work and interesting projects.
Salaries not very high compared to other local companies.
I applied for a software engineer position. They asked about C++, IA32, and Linux Bash. The questions weren't very difficult, but the general attitude of the staff was like in big corporations. They were very cold.
I met with HR on campus. I applied, and then had a one-on-one interview on campus, followed by another over the phone. Finally, I was called on-site to Arizona, in Chandler. I had four interviews there with the team: * Two coding and CS interview
I had a phone interview; they asked minimal technical questions. I was then called for an onsite interview. Had a technical and managerial interview with a panel of 5. It was purely technical. Managerial was on soft skills assessment.
