The process started with a general email to gauge my interest in a position. An hour-long phone interview was scheduled with three different people. Questions included a combination of technical and behavioral topics.

Straightforward and helpful. Three managers interviewed the candidate, asking questions related to behavioral and thought process reasoning. The interview lasted for an hour. Most questions can be handled by anyone, as long as you have coded before.

Very nice, casual interview with a number of people. Not many technical questions. I was expecting to receive some sort of exercise in the form of a programming challenge, but did not.
