Great company, needs more offices in Russia
Great people - always ready to help the junior members of the team while treating them like equals.
Great office - canteen, cafeterias, even a room with all the musical equipment you can dream of.
Unfortunately, in Russia, there are not many city options, as offices are getting closed in St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk.
My advice to management would be to open more smaller offices in more cities in Russia, because for a lot of talented people, moving to another city is not an easy option.
