If you're in a business unit, pay and benefits are great. Work-life balance is good. There are great opportunities to advance your career. I went from a technician to an engineer to a manager over the course of my time here. The company has an ambitious plan to return to the top of the tech industry, and if they succeed, there is a lot of money to be made here.
Lots of layoffs, bonuses are pretty much non-existent right now, and stock is in the dumps. The long-term future is uncertain.
