Pros

The company offers great benefits and stability to work. The company campus and infrastructure are very cool. You can enjoy the on-site gym, soccer and basketball fields, great cafeteria service with quality food for all choices, and additional services like an on-site doctor, dentist, physical therapist, beauty salon, and laundry.

Cons

Unless you work close to manufacturing processes or your scope of work is related to that field, you will find your organization is not very well organized.

Tools in various systems from hiring, payroll, people management, and project management are quite legacy, and ad hoc processes support them.

In the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), you will find many practices behind industry standards, and the development process is not supported by mature standards or applications that help you with source control, code review, build, and release management.
