Amazing culture and HR in the company.
No cons are there, according to me.
The interview was short, a single panel session with seven members. It focused mainly on culture, with few technical questions. Overall, it was good and easy. There was a final HR round, which involved general introductions and expectations.
The interview was about 40 minutes long. The interviewer asked me questions based on my resume and requested descriptions of my publications and projects. At the end, there was a quick coding question that did not require typing on a computer.
5 rounds in total. Out of these, 4 were technical and 1 was non-technical. The difficulty level was moderate. I did not receive an offer, although I completed all 5 rounds. Glassdoor is forcefully asking me to write a review, and I am still not...
