Stop and start. There was a long delay between being recruited, the phone screen, and the next step. After the second step, I pretty much forgot about the process. I dealt with different people in each step.

I applied online and waited a couple of months. I heard back from a recruiter and had a couple of technical interviews with engineers I would be working with. After the interviews, I heard back from the recruiter very quickly.

The process lasted 2-3 months, including the phone screen and onsite interview. The phone screen interview was average, and the onsite had 3 rounds, including technical and programming skills. These ranged from fundamental to more advanced topics. Th
