Pros

Highly-qualified employees with a teamwork-oriented company structure, technical leadership, and a respected presence in Oregon. A pretty extensive internship program, with interns spread across the campuses in Oregon, focused in Jones Farm.

Cons

You need to be proactive about challenging yourself during your internship. It is relatively easy to slack off, as your managers and coworkers will be busy and not looking at you as a top priority. Nothing wrong with that, but it's less structured and gives you more freedom than other internship programs.

Advice to Management

Look to what will place you at the strategic forefront of technology in the next 20 years. Right now you have your technology down and understood, but adaptability would be critical to continued expansion and preventing downturn in the next generation.
