One of the best companies I have ever worked for.
In general, the work environment is very pleasant. The hours they manage are flexible, which allow you to work from home whenever required and receive constant training.
I was not a direct employee, so I did not enjoy all the benefits they had. As for working in an agency, it is very difficult to get a raise, be promoted to better positions, or, alternatively, be promoted to be a direct employee.
