Huge company with plenty of opportunities for growth in many different areas. A wealth of educational resources is available. Great compensation and benefits. Comprehensive onboarding processes. Keeping employees informed is important.
Currently, there are no cons for me.
My manager was great about this, but my advice is for management to allow appropriate time for employees to review the wealth of resources available.
The time as a new employee is important to acclimate and orient themselves within their new work teams and environments.
Allow new employees time to truly appreciate and navigate the wealth of resources available. It may be the only time they take to do so.
