The interview process at Intel was structured and professional. It offered insight into the company's approach. Communication was consistent throughout. Overall, it was an experience typical of large companies.

I had a technical interview over Teams during Covid times. The interviewers (a team lead and two team members) were thoughtful and respectful. They were truly interested in my background, hobbies, and such.

The process started with an HR screening call. This was followed by challenging technical interviews, focusing on coding and problem-solving. The process concluded with behavioral interviews to gauge cultural fit and interpersonal skills.
