Intel is great for people with family
Very flexible hours, a very nice environment, a very reasonable workload, very fair, respects employees a lot, an open-door policy, very good culture, a great place to work.
Not much to complain about. I wish we had a more consistent strategy, encouraging more on inventions and risk-taking, and being less harsh on yearly performance reviews.
