Nice people, flexible hours, good benefits, and a nice campus. Pretty good pay.
Boring, monotone, and repetitive. The job is not intellectually challenging at all.
Work on innovation, improving, and modernizing.
I had two rounds of technical interviews. One round was more basic, featuring LeetCode questions. The other round involved presenting a project I chose and answering an architecture question about how to implement a train station.
1 phone screening in which I was asked to tell about a project from my studies and solve a simple math riddle. Plus 2 technical onsite interviews with standard CS questions (sorting an array, using a hash table, and a histogram).
Technical questions on DS and algorithms were asked. After coming up with the solution, I was asked to write code on a board. We then discussed it with some follow-ups.
