Pros

As an engineer, this is a great company to work for. The work is cutting edge, and there are many roles to fill. Benefits and salary are good, too. This includes 8 weeks bonding leave for fathers!

Cons

Constant reorganizations and layoffs are threatening important projects. This is driving more work for fewer people, which has taken a toll on morale.

Advice to Management

Stop forcing Agile in areas where there is not a natural fit. I also believe when managers/leaders make huge changes that cause disruption, they should not be able to move into other roles or organizations until the changes they've implemented bear measurable results.
