Good work-life balance, but no growth.
Not great mentors and confusing processes
I was asked to an impromptu interview the day after the school career fair. I was asked basic behavioral questions and about the projects I have done. The interview was overall very laid back.
The interview took part in two sessions. The first session was conducted by a senior team member, mainly focusing on my personal background and my field of studies at the university. The second part of the interview was conducted by the team manager
The interview process was nice and easy. The manager was laid back and chilled. We exchanged pleasantries, and he asked me about my previous job position. I explained to him how I was the lead at my previous job.
