Slow to start, but still very worthwhile
- Can easily find a mentor to help you along while still taking ownership of your project.
- In my case, I got to really dive into my project to a pretty deep level, so I really got to understand what I was really doing in the big picture.
- Very slow to start. It took me about three weeks to begin my actual project. Before that, it was all just onboarding and training.
Try to speed up the onboarding process a bit if possible.
