Great work-life balance at a stable company.
Company RSU and shares in general.
There were two interviewers. One asked the questions, and the other mainly listened. They asked me to tell them about myself and about the university project. Then, they asked a few logic questions. The interview was two hours long.
Four parts: 1. One about Verilog coding: reading and telling what the code is about, and fixing code. 2. One about computer architecture: the traditional pipeline processor. 3. One about algorithms: how would you speed up file I/O and processing?
The whole interview process took four weeks. The first round was a phone interview. After one week, they called me on-site, and they announced the result after two weeks. The interview was pretty much easy. The group panel interview was the hardest
