Good, but no job security as a contract worker
The people there were very kind and helpful. They cared about you and your needs. Often, they would do things for contractors that they were not obligated to.
If you are under an agency, a huge chunk of your salary will be taken by them. The rate Intel pays the agency is $60/hr; I got paid $40/hr after negotiation.
Find better agencies to not steal our money and provide better job security.
