Process
The interview went well at the beginning. It was scheduled with seven people, each with a specific role. One person seemed more personality-focused, one was technical, one was general, and the others were in between. I had a full day of interviews, all on the same day. One was a lunch interview, and the onsite cafeteria was a bit noisy, making it hard to hear the questions.

Green cards for immigrants are filed in EB3, which is a joke since it takes 12-15 years to get a Green Card that way. Every other company in the US files for GC using EB2, which is a faster process. Lots of good engineers are leaving the company because of this. Somebody here said, "Culture often rewards good talkers more than doers." Totally agree. If you are good at talking, you will prosper, whether you can work or not.
