After the initial screening, I was given a case study to present to the panel.

I spent a lot of time preparing the presentation and even created a demo with code.

However, the panel members did not appear to have any architectural experience and seemed interested only in low-level code. It seemed they didn't understand the architecture itself, and I wondered how they became architects. They held impressive titles but didn't seem to bring any architectural experience to the table.

After the presentation, I questioned how they were referred to as architects. I felt they could have interviewed junior engineers instead.
