Pros: Excellent support from top management. Freedom to work on projects you want. All the facilities to make your life comfortable.

Cons: Not working towards a common goal.

Pros: Awesome culture with a focus on professional growth and development. Great WLB, benefits, and opportunities to learn new technologies. Very caring and friendly coworkers. Management wants you to succeed and is willing to support your career goals.

Cons: None I can think of at this time.

Pros: Culture is the top differentiator. Even though the tech industry is moving towards a cut-throat, toxic work culture where employees compete with each other to stay within expectations, I'd say Intuit has managed, so far, to steer clear of this and still rewards teams and collective efforts rather than individual excellence. GREAT work-life balance, although it depends on the team. Good compensation all things considered – definitely B-tier in tech but MUCH more than most other industries and definitely more than enough for me. Internal mobility is great. Cons: - A lot of re-orgs. - Senior management has a reputation of being a bit lax (although improving). - The company's vision has changed quite a bit but has narrowed down lately. - No free food.
