Pros: Work-life balance is really good.
I like the way that senior members encourage taking much-needed breaks whenever required.
The technology stack is great, giving an opportunity to learn new things.
Team culture is good, and my manager does encourage motivating peers through various channels.
The perks are great as well.
Cons: Entire communication is highly dependent on Slack channels, which is not a major thing but will take time to adjust. It's hard to point to any major negatives so far.
