Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

The interview process consisted of three rounds.

The first round involved writing a program, followed by interviewers asking questions about it. This was relatively easy.

The second round focused on intuitive values, where interviewers presented scenarios designed to elicit the use of their core values. As long as one is an ethical employee, this should also be straightforward.

The third round took place on a different day. This was difficult for me, as it mostly focused on finding the absolute best possible solutions to the questions asked. At the end, the interviewer clearly mentioned that I needed more practice, which I was glad to hear.

All the interviewers were very professional, and the process was a joy in itself.
