Pros: 1. Get to make cross-functional impact.
2. Great learning curve. Get to learn a lot from your peers as well.
3. Work pressure but not crazy and it is manageable. You get spotlight (cash rewards) for working on any important/critical feature as well.
4. Team members are amazing and chill.
5. Lots of swag and some or the other fun events in office.
6. Free snacks all days / Lunch on some weekdays.
Cons: 2. Quick decisions are taken, which often leads to going back to the drawing board and improving things.
