A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we scheduled an initial interview. During this meeting, they went over expected compensation and the interview process.

We then scheduled the next interview, which was a technical phone screen through Glider.ai. I was asked an easy-medium LeetCode question.

After two days, the recruiter contacted me, stating that I performed well and they wanted to move forward to the onsite interviews. They also went over what to expect.

The onsite was scheduled for one week later and consisted of approximately six hours of back-to-back interviews. These included a Craft Demo, a behavioral round, and a LeetCode medium round.

Two days after the onsite, I received a call from the recruiter. I was told I performed well and advanced to the team match round, where I interviewed with multiple hiring managers.
