Pros: All the latest technology. Good work culture. Always you get a chance to give your opinion.

Cons: can't leave this company after you join.

Pros: Good Campus, 401k, ESPP, and RSU grants are good, but not as good as other comparable companies.

Cons: A highly political environment will severely affect your health. No growth, no promotion. In spite of promoting internally, they hire people from outside. Plays favoritism. Intuit values are not followed. The COE of the company has completely abandoned its employees. The 360 Pulse Survey is not to improve but to get revenge from the employees to throw them out. Incompetent and toxic managers/directors stay way too long and destroy culture, and nothing seems to be done about that. They take credit for the work and blame engineers for everything wrong with their group. Internal mobility is difficult and political. Please look somewhere else if you want to learn something new and be excited about your life.

Pros: I like my group where I get all the freedom. No strict working hours. Flexible work from home options.

Cons: I do not have a lot to say.
