The recruiter was exceptionally nice, and so was the dev team that conducted the technical interview.
I found the interview to be surprisingly easy.
After receiving a job offer, there was a slight mismanagement of the related documentation, but nothing too serious.
Overall, it was a slightly above average experience.

Pros: Great Benefits - Made up for the slightly lower than average pay.
Alright Salary - It was a little on the low end for comparable companies.
Amazing People - Talented, experienced developers and great people to work with.
Cons: Mundane tasks.
Over-management one yet, under-management the next (from tracking every 15 minutes to not knowing what is going on within your own department).
At the time, no incentives or programs were in place for personal growth or tangent projects.
