Pros: The organisation treats everyone equally and does not believe in hierarchy. It encourages people to innovate and listens to all their ideas.

If you can play politics, it's "the" place to be.
If you butter up the right people, no need to do any work.
Cons: Petty Politics
Favoritism
Performance does not mean that it will be recognized.
Too many people waiting in line to take away the work that you have done.
No visibility at all if you are a fresher.
