Pros: Best work culture and team inclusiveness I have ever come across. Very employee friendly and many benefits offered. Pay is in line with top product companies in India. Best work-life balance you can get to experience (based on team). Managers always thrive to guide you in the right direction. Lot of fun, continuous events throughout the year to keep you engaged. Amazing company to work and have fun at the same time.
Cons: To extensively use only the Intuit-approved frameworks and code templates can be monotonous and makes the work boring.
