I received a call from Intuit. They asked me to complete a 20-minute first-round test, which was easy.
After the first round, they informed me about a "craft" round. HR emailed me an assignment, which they called a "craft," and gave me three days to finish it. The email stated that I would need to prepare the following:
Their HR called me thrice before the second round to confirm if the craft was ready.
On the day of the second interview, two interviewers were present. They asked about my work, followed by questions related to my tech stack and some data structure (DS) questions.
The interview lasted 1.5 hours, and they didn't ask a single word about the craft that I was supposed to demo.
Asking people to prepare something and invest their time, but not even asking in the interview if the assignment was done, is a total waste of time.
