Pros: Good company to work for! Great WLB.

Cons: It's difficult to climb the ladder.

Pros: Good benefits and compensation. Paradise for 0-3 years entry-level engineers. Talented peers.

Cons: 1. Too much of red tape, process, and reviews. 2. They blindly mimic some startups and their technologies without a need and rationale. 3. Some organizations have numerous dependencies across various stakeholders, making it impossible to work from home and hampering flexibility. 4. PR-driven company; everything goes on social media. 5. Not a technology company; very old legacy stack. 6. They have monthly reviews and 360-degree peer feedback twice a year. 7. Extreme micromanagement by non-technical middle management who attract talent with their sugar-coated talks. 8. Growth depends solely on your network rather than technical talent. 9. Please think innumerable times if you are heading here looking for the latest technologies. It's going to be a shocker. 10. A DevOps model where Dev owns Dev, QA, and DevOps leaves engineers overburdened.

Pros: Amazing perks, good coworkers, amazing campus. They fired a lot of the really bad managers. Good work/life balance.

Cons: Managers sucked (but they all got fired, see pros). You feel like a number and no one cares.
