Supportive Team, Boring Virtual Events
Software Engineer Intern • Former Employee

Pros: Great team, great interning experience (despite the pandemic). Great work/life balance, especially when I lost track of time at the end of a work day. My mentor would notice I was online and remind/encourage me to go and eat dinner with my family instead of working.
Cons: Regular meetings, but not overwhelmingly many. The virtual intern events were a bit boring.

Pros: Great culture that focuses on a lean startup mindset. There are many cool products and projects to work on. Managers and team members were really helpful in mentoring.
Cons: Lots of restructuring, which caused projects and teams to be disbanded.
