Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

I spoke with a recruiter at my university for months. He said he would ensure I received an interview but never followed through.

I secured an interview through a contact in my neighborhood who works at Intuit.

First, I completed a HackerRank quiz. Shortly after, I received a call stating I had performed well and would be invited for a second-round interview.

The second interview was conducted via webcam, during which I solved a couple of problems using CollabEdit or a similar platform; I cannot recall the exact tool.

An hour or two after that interview, I received a call indicating a formal offer would be extended soon.
