The interview process began with an assessment, followed by a very pleasant technical video interview conducted by Karat. Then, there was a 1-2 month wait to be matched with a hiring manager.
The final round consisted of two virtual interviews: one technical and one behavioral.
The final technical round was a terrible experience. The interviewer did not answer questions about the problem and offered no assistance in solving it. The problem description was vague, and she never clearly stated her expectations. She rushed me into coding without ensuring I fully understood the question.
The behavioral interview also included some questions based on difficult situations.
