Software Engineer Interview Experience

Process

Came on campus.

Selected my resume and gave an interview slot during the career fair itself.

Two interviews:

  1. First was technical. A simple coding question based on multiples of 3 and 5 to print something, taking care of multiples of both. Asked to optimize the code. Few questions about projects I did.
  2. Second interview: Asked behavioral questions, like challenges, being in a leadership role, most innovative project, most proud project, and if I were put in a payroll system, what all things I would do.

No further rounds after this.

Questions

Nothing serious.

Basic behavioral and technical questions.
