I love this place
Software Engineer II • Current Employee

Pros: Great work-life balance and a healthy team culture.
I’ve learned a lot during my time here, both technically and professionally. Coworkers are supportive and always willing to help, which makes it a great environment for growth and collaboration.
Cons: Sometimes it can be hard to make changes or move quickly because there are too many rules and processes in place. More flexibility and trust in teams could help speed up decision-making.
