Pros: The team has a friendly culture. Teammates always help each other, and we are very close.
* Good benefits.
* Good career development opportunities.
* Good recognition framework. People give spotlights using an internal tool to recognize and show appreciation to each other.
Cons: Not necessarily a con, but the team moves fast. This means we make quick decisions and implement a product with quick iterations. Sometimes, to achieve a quick feedback loop, we sacrifice quality a bit. For example, not all code is merged with unit tests, and internal documentation can be out of date.
