Pros: Intuit is the best company I've worked for, comparing with six other companies I've worked for.

Cons: Like in any big company, the overhead and process in place sometimes prohibit us to move faster.

Pros: Free cab, food, and outings. Decent salary (not the best).

Cons: Managers do a lot of politics. No challenging work. Managers say work is coming but nothing materializes. Egoistic managers. They do innovation days, but nothing has come out. Work on legacy technology. Not much work coming from the USA. Most is maintenance work.

Pros: Decent benefits, the pay is lacking, and the RSUs are mid-range when compared to other companies.

Cons: Intuit is structured in a way that managers have a lot of control. Managers at Intuit do not generally have technical backgrounds. If they do, they likely didn't make it to Senior or Staff. Intuit obsesses over "culture." If you read between the lines, this term is always used when someone doesn't want to say something out loud. Leaders don't live by the values but preach them constantly, like a religion. The DEI dashboard only factors in race and gender, so it's an obvious flag that Intuit has taken a half-hearted approach to DEI and its understanding of it.
