Good products. The company is investing in newer technologies, fostering a collaborative culture. Very good training is offered to employees on a regular basis.
Talent is uneven. Some engineers are the worst I have met skill-wise. Many are producing a horrific 100 lines of code per quarter. They have been with the company for over 12 years and are already operating in retirement mode. The pace is slow because of them. The pay was also trailing the market by a good amount.
Get rid of the fat and use the savings on the skilled talent.
