Pros

Others have said it better, but the health benefits, facilities, and teamwork among individual contributors and front-line managers are all terrific.

Cons

More focus on the key products and services that have made Intuit successful, with an emphasis on continuous quality improvement, would benefit customers, employees, and stockholders.

Change can be a wonderful thing for any company, but change for the sake of change without a clear, well-planned strategy is wasteful of the brilliance of the workforce. There have been many seemingly superficial, but costly, programs and ill-considered personnel changes that have had a withering effect on employee morale.

Advice to Management

Stick to what has worked in the past while carefully planning for deploying new products built on emerging technologies to provide solutions and service that customers actually desire. Listen to your frontline employees.
