The company overall is amazing.
Generally, all of the people at the company are highly skilled.
Stay out of the IIS Business Unit and you will love this place.
Politics within the engineering part of the IIS business unit are overbearing. Directors micromanage. Directors are more worried about butts in seats than results. Directors will actively attempt to block you from moving to other BUs. The engineering part of IIS does not do world-class work. It is focused on a small, select few individuals' pet projects. Everyone else is there to do the grunt work they do not wish to do.
Investigate your Directors in IIS Engineering for misconduct and for not upholding the Intuit values.
