Pros

Good benefits. Will get to work on some of the latest technology, which is not always easy in companies of this size.

Cons

Really horrible work-life balance. In order to be more profitable (aka higher EPS), the leadership is not open to hiring enough people. This means 12-16 hour days are very common.

Advice to Management

It's high time employees' work-life balance is addressed.
