- Great work-life balance.
- Work from home, free food, free commute facility, and free snacks.
- The company promotes learning new technologies by sponsoring training, certifications, etc.
- Managers judge you based on how much you talk and not by how much work you do.
- Too much focus on visibility and showing off.
- Internal mobility, although encouraged, but managers take revenge on employees by giving poor ratings.
- Lot of politics for hikes and promotion.
- Frequent re-organizations and layoffs.
- Put some checkpoints on managers, as there is no one to monitor them.
- Also, don't waste money on IdeaJams, CodeJams, etc., as there are absolutely no returns from them. People just participate to create visibility.
