Intuit

There are many reasons to like working here at Intuit. First, the business is solid.

From what I can tell, this is largely due to a company that deeply cares about its customers. Customers are first, and Intuit supports its customer base very well.

Second, they care about their employees. Intuit does so many things right in supporting its employees. Their benefits are above the norm, and they have found many other creative ways to support and reward the employees.

There is also a foundational core for driving towards innovation that is supported by the company as a whole. I see this as a primary key when it comes to creating new business opportunities within Intuit.

Finally, Intuit understands what it means to keep the business on solid ground financially. All said, their priorities are in order, and it is reflecting in how well the company is performing.

I have yet to find a downside working here at Intuit.

My direct interactions with management have been nothing but positive. They care for their customers, they care for their employees, they care for the business. My advice is to keep doing what you are doing.
